What is a Clean Meal?

The simplest way to view clean eating is eating foods that are as close to the source as possible for instance, organic, minimal processing, whole foods and meats or other animal products that are free of hormone, antibiotics and minimally processed.


Here are a few examples: Breakfast: Avocado Toast on Ezekiel Sprouted Bread 1 egg -sunny side up (optional) 1 slice Ezekiel raisin bread 1⁄2 avocado Fry one pastured raised or organic egg set to the side and take one slice of raisin bread toast (optional) get one half of a ripe avocado and spread it on the raisin toast. Place the fried egg on top of the toast and enjoy!

Lunch: Big DAYE Salad 5 oz to 7oz Dark leafy Greens (Kale, Spinach or Arugula) 1⁄4 cup of raw nuts 1 avocado 1⁄2 cup olives 1⁄2 pickled peppered 1⁄2 cucumber 4 diced cherry tomatoes 3 tbsp of nutritional yeast 3 tbsp of olive oil Mix all the ingredients before adding the olive oil and then repeat mixing and enjoy!

Dinner: Air Fried Salmon, Cauliflower Rice and Roasted Vegetable

4 oz Wild Caught Salmon 1 Cup Brussel Sprouts 1 Cup Cauliflower Rice 1 Onions 1/4 Green and Red Pepper 4 tbsp sea salt 3 tbsp onion powder 3 tbsp garlic powder 2 tbsp ginger 1⁄2 lemon 1 tbsp thyme 1⁄2 tsp paprika

4 tbsp no salt seasoning blend to taste 3 tbsp of Liquid Amino 4 tbsp Grapeseed Oil

Start by squeezing the juice of 1⁄2 a lemon over the salmon then season with 1 tbsp each of sea salt, onion powder, garlic powder, no salt seasoning and thyme. Add 1⁄2 tsp of paprika and place in the air fryer 375 degrees for 25 mins.

In a bowl mix I cup of brussels sprouts 2 tbsp each of sea salt, 1 tbsp of onion powder, garlic powder and no salt seasoning, 1⁄2 diced onion and add 2 Tbsp on grapeseed oil to the bowl mix well and pour out on a sheet pan. Preheat oven at 450 degrees cook for 25 mins until color is bright and vegetable are slightly tender.


In a pan add 2 tbsp of grapeseed oil, 1⁄2 diced onion, diced peppers let cook for 3 mins than add 1 cup cauliflower rice. 1 tbsp each of sea salt, no salt seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder and 2 tbsp ginger mix well than add 3 tbsp of Liquid Amino continue to stir well until all ingredients are incorporated approximately 25 mins.
